I am pleased to inform you that CPOC Board of Directors have approved the payment of bonus for our 2011 performance.
HR will announce the eligibility criteria separately in KL announcer. The bonus will be paid together with the February payroll.
The quantum of the bonus reflects the results that the overall CPOC performance in 2011 exceeded the agreed “base” targets in terms of HSE and business achievements. The bonus quantum is as follows:
- 2 month’s basic salary for Company local staff (Thais and Malaysians)
- A flat rate for Company expatriate staff
- 60% of 2 month’s salary for Company local offshore staff whose salary is based on daily basis.
On behalf of Management, I would like to thank all of you for your great contribution to our success for the year 2011.
New targets will be set for 2012 to reflect the current and future operating business environment. I am confident that, with your continued commitment and dedication, we will be able to meet these new challenges.
